Bought a tiny pan for sauteeing onions & garlic, and got a small pot for sauces. Oh and acquired a pasta maker too. Good start to getting some proper tallarines saltados :D
I wonder what will come next in terms of kitchen equipment. Thinking of expanding my assortment of knife sharpeners, and some more mixing bowls. Are meat tenderizers (hammers) worth it? I'm so-so about getting sous-vide / skillets. Maybe a Dutch oven might be worth it though?

Oh yeah, also probably going to add this pan to the assortment eventually. After this grant is done I'm going to be taking a few weeks off, so I guess I might as well learn how to make tonkotsu. 14L fits 2 whole chickens, and then some. https://www.wmf.com/en/pots-pans/pots/single-pots/gemuesetopf-28-cm.html …

(made a single ration of stock from 3 chickens over the weekend; upgrading from 5L -> 14L would've given me so much more time to work with)

Okay wait, I think I'm just hungry. That explains a lot. Final tweet before I roll over and fall asleep. Imagine being able to make decent karage at home. Like. Hot crispy chicken that's so tender it melts in your mouth. Okay. That's all. <end of food tweets>
