First time I remember working on this was in December 2014. Before I used vim, I used Sublime Text (and Atom, briefly). Having to type less is such a boon; together with Language Server integrations it provides Vim with most of what IDEs have to offer at less compute cost

Got snippets working too btw! Super stoked to get in on writing some of my own. If anyone has any good Rust / JS snips they like I'd love to hear about it. Installed some already but so-so about them. Yay for less typing!

I get autocomplete working every now and then but always breaks down some months later :( not sure how to keep my system stable, but also good be dependable on projects. Should I check your dotfiles to see what you have now?

I think this should probably be stable! The main challenge for me was to get Tab / Shift-Tab to work for going through options, Enter to accept an option, and Tab to navigate through the snippet fields. All works now! All in my dotfiles :D
