Boil for 5.5 minutes flat (put eggs in after water boils). Submerge in cold water straight after. Peel submerged. Then leave overnight in a combination of soy sauce, (rice) vinegar and if you want to get fancy also add sake, mirin, sesame oil. Submerge fully for best results
