PORT=8080 and --port 8080 both seem valid, and meant for different targets. I'm starting to think that all command line flags should also be available as env vars. But not all env vars should be available as command line flags. CLI arg parsers would also need to parse env vars.

Talking more about the --port config file. The following all serve a similar purpose, but only one should ever be passed at the same time: - `--port`, human-readable port option to listen on localhost - `LISTEN_FD`, Systemd's socket forwarder - `PORT`, generic port forwarding
