I've only been able to see the 1st season, but yeah. I ain't fond of it either.
Honestly it does get better overall but most of the main cast is just.....hm

Personally the hype and all only really culminated for me during the 4th season. It's like having years of wind up and it being all released full force in one swing in a way I never expected during this season
