people who don’t date with possible future marriage in mind: what’s the point? (not in a mean spirited way, i am simply confused)

Marriage laws and family court are garbage as are most folks in my area to begin with.
It’s amazing how much can be simplified by removing government from the equation

Its all I really want. Find a nice gorl who likes me, just live together and possibly have children assuming the economy doesn't get decimated in a few years. But no. As usual the Government has to make everything unpalatable
