In my state most places just let you sell animals, though this one you need proof the animals have had shots/etc so we know they’re well cared for

Forgive me for being a bit suspect, I did a lot of humane society/shelter work back in the day. I see selling puppies and I get worried puppy mills are involved. But if they are (and the mother and/or father) are being properly being taken care of, then I am not so worried.
