no. now they raise the prices (because of lack of competition) and the quality goes down further (so they can stretch those dollars more)

After owning Crunchyroll, the only ones they won't own is Sentai. Sony will effectively hold a monopoly on anime in the West, and considering how they treat their games from Japan, it won't be good.
