odd thoughts at work: when I was a young teen, I’d get coffee from the pot my grandparents brewed and always added milk and sugar. A they said I needed to start sprinkling it plain black bc “that’s how grown ups have it”. like drinking that bitter stuff is a sign of maturity ??

For me coffee always has a time and place for how bitter or sweet I want it. With breakfast I'm like an Italian and drink mochas or cappuccino. After dinner I drink espresso and when I'm dealing with dumbfuck problems for dumbfuck people at work. I just want coffee, any kind.
