ok wait are you not supposed to pour the milk in before you put the tea bag in the hot water?? the milk would cool the tea off??? help????

British man here From what i know it goes Teabag, Water, Milk I don't really drink tea but I'm fairly sure that's how you do it
I commit the unholy sin of microwaving my water/milk to get it warm But apparently milk doesn’t let the tea dilute properly?

Usually we put the water in a kettle, but microwaving works too, usually the milk is cold though, I've never known anyone put warm milk in tea
