    It's almost the 1st of the month which is a good time to remind ppl of CA's SB 1157 which requires landlords of low-income housing to offer tenants the option to report rental payments to credit bureaus. Tenants across the country can do this, CA is just the first with a law.

    Y'all are missing the point. Many of the dot-com companies that bought Super Bowl ads are gone, but our lives revolve around the internet now. Dot-com world. Same goes for this year's ads--maybe FTX won't be around in 20 yrs but blockchain tech will be whether we like it or not
