Only speaking of this video clip, I would say the suspect is totally wrong and encouraging conflict with the cops as well as the person videoing. This was minor activity by the police and he didint follow instructions. If he was innocent prior to the video maybe that changes it

Y'all realize he's saying I'm not resisting but is literally refusing to put his hands behind his back... squirming around and all. Could've been civil, took the cuffs standing up, and if the officer was really out of line take it to court instead of Twitter. Weird.

Verdant is the most selfless person I know. He’s always fighting for what he believes in and does it with pride and excellence. Knowing the backstory, and wondering why the hell our campus policeman have to be this way baffles me... I don’t feel safe.
Harmony the average person abused by police cannot afford an attorney, the police know and depend upon that to exist and thrive in America... and that needs to change. dirty cops don't stop.
