No always means no. If a person (of any gender) says yes in the future it does not change, alter or invalidate their previous answer. A no in the past,the present, the future is a no. A yes in the timeline does not change the other answers. It is not time travel.
A no that shifts to a yes actually invalidates the previous no. Just like a yes can turn into a no, a no can turn into a yes. It's hilarious you think otherwise because that isn't a common belief.
