CO2 emissions in Germany are 10 times what they are in France. So I won't hold my breath. (Though if I lived in Germany, I would have to ;-) )

Apart from the fact that Rhône wines will be gone forever if Tricastin blows up, Nuclear is becoming too expensive. It will just not be an economical option in a few years.

Nuclear as such is not expensive But the insurance plans are It will become a case of privatising the profits & socialising the loss (if any)
