    I've seen a 200 microsecond increase in latency across the board in networks since 00:00h yesterday (the 4th). Obviously related to . I assume I'm not the only one?

    ICYMI - "All instances running Lambda functions have been patched as described above and no customer action is required."

    Following up: all of our memory-heavy workloads have seen 15-25% CPU increases, and we're carrying 10% higher instance count because of this patch.

    If you are on running any t2 instances, please check on them now. Due to patch (), your instance could be doing a death march, slowly running out of CPU credits due to increased CPU load.

    Checking metrics for my instances and I noticed a higher CPU Utilization after reboot for important security and operational updates. is this related to the critical and CPU Flaws?

    In all fairness, is damned if they do disclose the issue too early (allowing criminals to exploit the situation) and damned if they don't because they were under an embargo etc

    heard of anyone else in eu-west-1 who has switched to the new c5 instances suffering spurious network timeout issues to other things like ALBs, RDS instances, etc? Switching back to c4 class removes issues so def something to do with c5
