Can we stop blaming the other side for where we are and start coming together as a country?
North and South Dakota were both hit relatively hard by COVID. They had very different responses but got to very similar outcomes.
The difference is that South Dakota's @govkristinoem respected people's rights AND their economy (now 3.5% unemployment rate).

Sure. And having governments stop violating people's civil and human rights would be a great way for people to start coming together. At least then people would even be allowed to actually and literally come together.

All very well seeing “cases”, but the more interesting thing would be to see the number of deaths - of any kind - during that period.

Yes, cases are meaningless if PCR tests are used and a high cycle rate is used (40-45). Far too many false positives are thrown up. That's what happened here in Ireland. It skews the facts.

(Takes a look at what Taiwan's and New Zealand's numbers are) I still don't understand why people are benchmarking the wrong thing. Regardless, with 300 million doses of the vaccine in the US in the next 4 months, this should be pretty much done by the end of March.
