Not true. Both the realtors and CAA have endorsed SB 827. (Howard Jarvis was the lobbyist for CAA in the 1970s.)
You said they were giving our group major support. I assumed you meant financially. I can tell you that is factually untrue. They may endorse a bill we support, but that's not the same thing as giving us major support, imo.

No, I have no way of knowing where your financial support comes from. But I can’t imagine that landlords would support legislation that would reduce rents. And they certainly wouldn’t support legislation that would raise affordable housing funds.
