We're getting word that Home Owners Associations in Santa Rosa are putting in anti-ADU policies, blocking rebuilt homes from adding backyard cottages and granny flats. This is super gross. Please get in touch if you have an example. This needs to stop.pic.twitter.com/IY7BTpayil

that’s not pre-empted by the state law?
It seems to be a loophole that is yet to be totally figured out in court (cough @YIMBY_Law cough). Or we might see clean up legislation to make this practice illegal.
