@yimbyaction Hey guys. I have a question: how do you propose to handle the infrastructure problem (old/insufficient water supply, sewer, power) in SF when trying to advocate for more housing? Who can you force to spend that money?
Long term, the only real solution is #Prop13Reform.
Short term, there are plenty of ways to generally increase taxes to support our growing economy and infrastructure needs.
Cities have been continuously upgrading infrastructure since the dawn of time!

The way I've heard it framed before even by those who want more housing is that upgrading infrastructure especially on the peninsula is particularly difficult for some reason compared to anywhere else. Not sure if bc of engineering or politics.
