Disgusted to see @AaronPeskin pit the needy against one another, killing affordable housing by feigning interest in helping the homeless short term.
This is why we need @yimbyaction’s ballot prop to stop the obstruction of 100% affordable housing.http://www.sfchronicle.com/bayarea/article/SF-mayor-supervisor-feud-over-use-of-site-for-12402599.php …

We should have BOTH affordable housing and navigation centers in North Beach.
@AaronPeskin could find sites for both if he really cared. No, what he cares about is that the NIMBY group he used to lead thinks the affordable housing is too tall. http://www.socketsite.com/archives/2017/03/hill-dwellers-seek-a-right-sizing-of-affordable-development-below.html …2 replies 0 retweets 15 likesShow this thread -

Think that's exactly what I said in piece: it's AND not OR. For the record, I'd love help finding a site in D3! Not sure what Mayor has been doing but I've been working on sites since 2015. In June, he blessed a temp Nav Center at 88 Broadway, will still be afford housing in 2019

Would the navigation center on that spot delay the construction of the affordable housing?

And will the Affordable Housing project's financing be impacted? What do they think about this?
