The guy who couldn’t divert a Creek; so he took his remote location and said to build affordable housing there. Enviro Regs blocked him; he blamed local residents & fake news ran his story. Was all about diverting a Creek.

When our "environmental" laws haven't been seriously updated since the '80's, and the regulations encourage suburban sprawl over densifying existing neighborhoods, something has gone horribly wrong. See CA for details.
