Well, I don't know where that pic is from, but in many developing countries, density is preferable to poverty in rural areas.

Not sure what ur point is: That Geneva Towers shouldn't have been demolished or we should expedite aff housing production?
maybe the point is we should fund both construction AND maintenance of public housing, so it doesn't have to be demolished
Totally agree, if you mean by neighborhood. We like mixed income buildings, but the priority is mixed income communities.
And that means building low-income housing in rich neighborhoods too.
