At Midtown Terrace DownZoning: @Scott_Wiener proposes Single Family homes that may be down zoned to Single Family Detached still get ADUs

RH1-D neighborhoods getting lots of "respect" rather than the open mockery they should be getting. Stop maintaining deliberate segregation!

Supervisor @NormanYeeSF argues neighborhoods should get to choose what their zoning should be, ie if they want granny Flats or not.
