I like this! Doubt that the prevailing design'll improve sub systm. But good 4 understanding pblc sentiment. No?

yeah that's fair. But a new subway line's a game changer. It'd transform entire communities (if on west side).

...subway opens up possibilities b/c planners wouldn't have to deal with cookie streets, surface geography.
