We're pro-mixed income communities. Gentrification is bad when it causes displacement, not when it integrates people.

When you build housing, integration is possible. SF/CA has created a zero-sum game where gentrification->displacement.

Inclusionary zoning helps create mixed income & subsidized housing. But our big problem is in CA chronic under-building.
