When you build housing, integration is possible. SF/CA has created a zero-sum game where gentrification->displacement.
Inclusionary zoning helps create mixed income & subsidized housing. But our big problem is in CA chronic under-building.

can you point to any examples of other places that have had gentrification / wealthier people move in w/o causing displacement?

(i.e. places that put in place inclusive zoning & then went from low income to mixed income with minimal or no displacement)
