@SFist Saying it isn't the Comm that holds it up is a ruse. Projects r held up bc opp. can jam up & hold projects hostage.
And you know that. You know how these "negotiations" happen. And for small 1-5 unit projects it is the worst.

#NoeValley neighbrhd was being held hostage by a neighbor.. -
..That was over a year ago, and no sign of progress. Been continued multiple times.
