YIMBY Action

A sign of how regressive SF's housing policies have become: >50% of the units on my block couldn't be built today under current zoning laws.

@ptraughber Our three unit building in upper Haight doesn't have parking. I'm quite sure that it would be illegal under current code.

@nickoneill @skip_sf in my block's case, it's a combo of height, setbacks, unit density, and rear yard requirements.
