The developers are the only ones blocking low income housing. They refuse to develop low income housing. They only bring us more expensive apartments.

In my town we have many low income projects and senior projects that of been approved and the developers just sit on them. In the meanwhile they’re building tens of thousands of high density apartments everywhere blanketing the city.
