More details on the Sensitive Communities agreement. Communities will include at a minimum - designated high segregation & poverty and low resource in TCAC maps - top 25% Cal EnvironScreen scores - 2019 HUD qualified census tracts - potentially others

Opposition is a mix of folks concerned about displacement and jurisdictions that believe they are building enough. Some folks express fears that the tenants protections in SB 50 will be insufficient. Sensitive Community amendments will be important to hopefully address concerns.
