Thanks! I was wondering if there was anything in the works for areas away from transit as well, but I guess not yet.
It does include density decontrol in areas around places that have seen a lot of jobs growth and great schools but have not had housing to match.

Also, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors said that they could do density the "right way" so definitely ask them if they're at all working on that...
