Shaming people is not good, ever. Especially, shaming a group of people behind their back. Go to one of the meetings, talk to people, try to understand why. Don’t worry, I won’t be there to take your head off 
By-Right Approvals especially for subsidized Affordable Housing and shelters would end this kind of ugly behavior. It would save the city and nonprofits *millions* of dollars and stop so many nasty lawsuits and appeals. Shaming these people is good.
