@Scott_Wiener We need to (quickly!) have an idea of where/what will be rezoned, otherwise journalists like this one will imply that the entire city is subject to re-zoning. That will be very counterproductive -
It’s urgent that we define the specifics of us bill as fast as possible. I know many families who live in these communities and they become very (!!) defensive at the thought of an apartment complex next door.
