CASA hoped to bring together groups that are often at odds together to agree to fundamental principles for solutions. This is incredibly difficult, and as this work becomes public, opponents are coming out of the woodwork.

For more Affordable Housing, they recommend: - More incentives for projects including middle and low income housing - Unlocking more public land for Affordable Housing - More funding through a variety of tax ideas
