While yelling into my phone about Prop C yesterday I heard myself say the words “…we should start a PAC that’s like the NRA but for housing regulation in CA and start primarying some mother[candidates].” Upon reflection, this is the best idea I think I’ve had in a while.

Question: where are you on prop 1? I’m opposed to bandaids & want to be focused on true reforms. There’s enough advocacy for stuff like this & prop c. What’s missing is a laser focus on market reforms with a 10-20 year view at fixing a problem 40 years in the making.
