Fair enough. In California perhaps it's enough to spread information about AB 686 with
@California_HCD. Other groups around the country like@ABetterCambMA or@pdx4all may need a stronger response depending on local conditions.
Initial thought is that if you threaten to take away funds for Affordable Housing from places that have exclusionary zoning, don't you risk making them even more exclusionary? What stick is he proposing that doesn't make things worse?
