Letter from the town of Colma is not appreciated by a Commissioner. "This is the City f Colma dictating to Daly City! It is an insult! ...let me be on record, I detest this kind of letter." Guess he hadn't heard that we are all caught in an inescapable web of mutuality.

The choices of one community effect their neighbors. We are caught in an inescapable web of mutuality. The decisions of one town effect all of us. When one community rejects housing, it effects all of us. And that web is made physical in the form of TRAFFIC.
