Never wear long johns even in Boston winter. I’m packing my big jacket.. because WHEN ELSE do I get to wear it...? I’d be cursing also if it doesn’t snow. I admit I contemplated briefly to bring my snow boots. Nope. DC, C’mon, show your tropical visitors what you can do.
