Oh not tested but you _should_ be able to dump 3.61+ games with this but not run them until 3.61+ is hacked in 15 years.

You mean psvgamesd does not patch the rif license? Nonpdrm does also not touch the file system if I'm not mistaken though.

It does not *preserve* the file system (dates, permissions, etc). Like copying CD files vs creating an ISO
