Well one can use a Vita CID & IDPS to get on PSN. The only store one can use was the PSP variant but we can access our download list still.

Well your console is gonna be bricked anyways. If you're worrying about PSN maybe you shouldn't be looking at this test...

You still need henkaku. This is just another app. Like offline installer.
