psn spoofing isn't currently broken but Sony will break it very soon (just like any other fw update). Just being preemptive.

the risk will be there no matter what. have they ever banned a ps3 dex idps? I have never heard of a case..

Early on in ps3 days you could spoof to psp.. No bans ever occurred..
