The ignorance not to be able to get a name right is just pathetic. Worse still when it is the individual that cant pronounce their own name. I watch/listen in horror as British of Yoruba descent pronounce their names in such away that it does not exist in the language. #bbc

The biggest issue is that ‘Yewande’ is pretty easily to pronounce. Not sure why you’d need to give a nickname for that name or struggle to pronounce it. Or am I missing something????
