Thank u for making us recite the 1st Amendment, for sharing ur hilarious experiences with drugs, for telling us how a little old Vietnamese lady pointing a home-made spear at you made you realize America was losing the war. Thank u for being such an incredible teacher and mentor.

Utterly disappointed that it's 2020 and can still come up with such a cover perpetrating racial stereotypes while many Chinese & east-Asians are experiencing aggression and even the refusal of medical service in Germany.

A friend just experienced this in Berlin. I’m not even surprised bc I have been yelled at by doctors & hung up by receptionists many times here for not speaking German when seeking medical help. Medical workers should be the least of all to perpetrate this fearmongering bullshit.

You have my vote, . Anything is better than the MTA. But if I could trade the rude Berliners for New Yorkers I'd do that in a heartbeat.

Xu Xiaoxiao's one of my favorite Chinese photographers nowadays. It's always a pleasure chatting with photographers about their backstories & first projects, and understand how these things shaped their photographic identities.
