However, work on the pan-CoV vaccine began in 2018; this video was shot 3 weeks after Graham et al began adapting it for SARS-CoV-2 [4 weeks after Baric began, for the curious].

Wow, that's amazing! Visual footage they were working on a Sars/Mers vaccine at NIAID! Probably offshored it, where it turned into this global disaster. And if the killer virus did come from some other route, like a WIV and/or PLA project, NIAID is nevertheless highly suspect.
