Good decision by Manhattan CB12 members @MANCB12 and our community support on voting (32 YES & only 4 NO) on the proposal, not to remove, but to have a 2-way #BikeLanes in the northside of Dyckman Street. Our NYC streets belong to everyone!

I very much appreciate that the CM has always supported bike lanes here. I apologize for demanding the highest of standards. When I read articles like this: https://www.nytimes.com/2018/05/15/opinion/there-are-better-ways-to-get-around-town.html … it just saddens me that we don't have that here. We can and should.

Why should we have to keep attending CB meetings to defend bike lanes that have already been installed? It's impossible to make any progress on expanding cycling in NYC this way.
