Do you have a link to the legislation/policy with details? Your tweet said except for things related to pedestrian safety (not all safety) so if your legislation waived a fine for the driving in the video above, then I'd have to interpret it as protecting a dangerous driver.
Very disappointed - with all the issues related to our streets that you could focus your energy and political capital on. Need to hold for-hire drivers to an even higher standard if anything.
