Why should Taxi and For-Hire drivers not be held accountable for the dangerous behavior they exhibit on our streets every single day? If they don't want to pay the fine, don't break the traffic law.

TLC drivers are getting screwed by an unlimited number of Ubers and other FHV. They're getting screwed by massive congestion. By a lack of relief stands. There are a lot of other levers the city can use to assist them other then waiving fines. This is so cowardly.
