Not without facing arrest. I've never said he shouldn't have been arrested. But you haven't answered my question - you are saying its ok to use a banned choke hold (during what we both agree is a valid & necessary arrest) simply because he's an elected official making $150K.

The second part of your last tweet is absolutely a fair argument and position to take. Your argument that a person's salary or position means a cop can use a banned dangerous chokehold is absurd.
