Intro 623 by CM Gentile requires @NYC_DOT to paint curbs red in all bus stops and 15 feet on either side of fire hydrants.

Paint doesn't work. Why doesn't traffic do enforcement, paint not needed. Enforce hydrant, bus stop and bike lane infractions.
