I will encourage our surrounding counties to regulate the new drivers coming from the state TNC law in uniform with our @nyctaxi regs.

This will ensure those dropping off on our streets are known and licensed, w/ understanding they can't pick up in NYC w/o TLC license.
I have written a letter to the head of the Westchester legislature to align regs with ours & will do the same with other counties.
